Hi All,
I am a Contract Risks & Contract Claims Specialist currently based in UAE. My last posting was with IJM in Malaysia before I went to UAE.
I have set up a discussion forum called "Contract Risks Management - Construction Industry" on www.linkedin.com.
Purpose of the forum is to encourage discussions on contractual problems, issues, disputes, claims and other related matters which all contractors face with time and time again.
For this purpose I have invited some 50 highly talented and motivated individuals (from around teh world) who are experts in their own field. They have accepted my invitation and agreed to devote their time and energy towards whatever questions members of this forum have.
