Disclaimer: I have a contractual relationship with www.Upskill.asia a provider of training qualifications to the construction industry.
Are Malaysian builders doing enough to improve the quality of their buildings? One of the big complaints that I hear when talking to Malaysian friends is the issue of defects when they move into new apartments. Ho to get the developers to fix them is another big problem?
Does this public anxiety hurt the image of the industry and hat is being done to improve the quality of work at the time of handover.
