hi, i'm an undergraduate in UPM as well, taking bachelor of economics for final year. currently doing the final year project which is related to building materials prices ... i found a source that you could rely on, it is the website of department of statistic malaysia. recently, it is uploaded with a special release for civil engineering works, november 2009, free for download.
maybe, we can cooperate to obtain more sources ...
