On 26/6/12 the Government had gazetted the above.

The Government have determined that there is sufficient evidence to warrant an anti dumping duty investigation.

The Government will be sending out questionnaires  to the Malaysain Industry to collect information. All affected parties are requested to contact MITI to request for a copy of questionnaires.

Dateline for collection of questionnaires from MITI is: 15 days from publication of this gazette (26/6/12).

All parties are invited to make their views known by filling up the questionnaires and to return back their response within 40 days of date of publication of this gazette  (26/6/12).

If views are not received in adequate form and within the specified time frame, the Government may make its preliminary or final findings.
